Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent.
- You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order ships.

Free Shipping
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- International shipping will be available in 2025.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
- We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Expedited and overnight services may not be available for these addresses.
Delivery Issues / Lost Packages If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Double-check your address and surroundings.
- Check with neighbors or your building management.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- If unresolved, email Support@manhattanviralchannel.com within 7 days.
Shipping From
- Orders are fulfilled via Printify's network and NinjaPod.
- You will be provided with the exact shipping source when your order is processed.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- With tags attached
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables (food, plants, flowers)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Custom/personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
Return Process
- Email Support@manhattanviralchannel.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and return address.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Conditions
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $75), actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
- Contact Support@manhattanviralchannel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
