At Manhattan Viral, we want to give you maximum flexibility when shopping. We offer subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy options. Below is how cancellations work for each option.

📦 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.

  • Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery (unless prepaid).

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in advance.

🛑 Cancel Anytime

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

  • Every order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription.

  • Changes apply to future orders only — any order that has already been processed cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming or currently out-of-stock products.

  • We may collect no payment, a deposit, or full payment at checkout.

  • Payment details are stored securely, and the full or remaining balance will be charged once the product is ready to ship.

🛑 Cancel Before Fulfillment

  • You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but the order may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

🧪 Try Before You Buy

Try-before-you-buy orders let you test a product before committing to purchase.

  • Your payment method is authorized but not charged immediately.

  • You have a trial period (specified at checkout) to decide if you want to keep the item.

🛑 Return Before Trial Ends

  • To avoid being charged, return the product before the trial period expires.

  • Once the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.

  • Returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
