• Shipping Areas: Continental United States only (International shipping coming in 2025)

• Holidays: No processing or shipping on U.S. federal holidays

• Address Changes: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for corrections

• Tracking: Tracking details are provided via email within 24 hours of shipment

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in 2025.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Return within 30 days of delivery

• Original packaging preferred but not required

• Proof of purchase required

Return Process

2. Get Authorization: We’ll issue a return authorization number

3. Package Item: Include the return form and authorization number inside the package

4. Ship Back: Use the provided prepaid return label

5. Receive Refund: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
